Fab Feet by Foot Petals: A Review
Women’s shoes look great, but they can do a number on your feet. As a person who has tried just about every insert under the sun, I’ve decided Fab Feet are among the best, though they do have a few drawbacks.

I love shoes. They don't always love me. Since I don't think blisters, red marks and aching feet should be the price of looking pretty, I've spent a lot of time in the foot care aisle looking at pain-reducing inserts. Recently, I discovered Fab Feet. I absolutely love them. Here's why.
About Fab Feet
Fab Feet, a Foot Petals product, are made of foam and have adhesive on one side and a cushioning medium on the other side. They come in full and ¾ insoles as well as arch support, heel grips, bottom-of-the-heel cushions, and ball-of-the-foot cushions. If you need help in other areas, there are also "spot cushions" and "soft strips" you can put wherever your shoes rub you the wrong way.
What I Liked
I immediately noticed that Fab Feet inserts were sturdier than other brands, but I didn't fully appreciate them until I got them in my shoes. One of the best features was the high-quality adhesive. With other shoe cushions, if I didn't get them positioned perfectly the first time, I had to break out the super glue to get them to stick. Fab Feet held up to adjusting. Even after multiple removals and "restickings," they didn't come off .
I also liked that the foam inserts weren't as thick as gel inserts. Since I have a slightly wide feet and a high instep, gel insoles and cushions often make my shoes too tight. All of the inserts felt super-soft and adapted to the shape of my foot within a few steps. However, if you prefer gel, Fab Feet used to make gel inserts, which are still available online and in some stores.
What I Didn't Like
The only thing I didn't like about Fab Feet was the price. They are significantly more expensive than other brands, though, at $13 for a pack of three, or $5 for one set, they still don't break the bank. I also didn't like the fact that they are only available at Target, which (though not a problem for me), might be an issue for those who don't have a Target store nearby.
Where to Buy
Fab Feet are officially only available at Target; those who don't live near a store can order them from the Target website. I've been able to find them on eBay and other online stores for less than the store price.
