Or, you can book your hotel room and choose your own spa treatments a la carte. Rates for hotel rooms and spa treatments are varied depending on the dates and menu options you choose. Overnight rooms run from approximately $169 per night "off-season" and up considerably during peak summer months. If you are heading here just for the Spa, then opt for one of the colder weather months to save on the room rate, you won't be outside anyway.

Speaking of the spa treatments, you have a plethora of pampering to choose from here. Many massages are offered, including Full Body Swedish Massage, Aroma or Deep Tissue Massage, and the Warm Stone Massage. These services run 50 or 80 minutes and cost between $85 and $140 each. Ocean Place Spa's menu of services also includes many facials, exfoliation and body treatments. These last 25 - 50 minutes and are priced around $100 each. They include treatments such as the Anti Aging Body Wrap, Detoxifying Body Mask and Aroma Body Buff. In addition, specially designed Gentlemen's Services and an entire Pregnancy menu of services are available. Finally, add one of the treatment enhancements to your other services, like foot therapy or scalp revitilizer and you will be swimming in luxury.

2. Crystal Springs Golf Resort:

Located in Sussex County, NJ the Crystal Springs Golf Resort is a fantastic option for a weekend getaway because it has so much to offer. For your stay, there are two beautiful hotels from which to choose. One, the Grand Cascades Lodge, is a new, four star luxury hotel offering deluxe guest rooms and a variety of suites. The other, the Minerals Spa and Resort, features 175 deluxe, luxury and presidential level rooms. Hotel accommodations range from approximately $159 per night and up, depending on the type of room selected and the season. Here again you can choose a package or arrange your own options depending on your needs.

For you pampering spa treatments, there are two award winning spas to choose from, The Elements Spa, and Reflections. Each spa offers a different atmosphere and menu of treatments and massages. A sampling of the menu of services at The Elements Spa features a 50 minute Mud or Crystal Salt body treatment among many other wonderful choices. These range in price from $110 to $125 each. They have selection of many different 50 minute facials and massages to relax and revive you. These treatments range in price from $90 to $180 each and can also be paired with many other indulgent enhancement services for hair, nails, hands and feet. Similar pampering can be found at the sister spa, Reflections, which also offers a wide variety of massages, facials, body treatments and enhancements. Here, you can also indulge in relaxing body treatments and, for some services you can choose a 50 minute or 100 minute option.

Should golfing be a part of your weekend getaway plan, Crystal Springs Resort offers seven golf courses from which to choose. And to tempt your palate, there are 12 restaurants in the resort where you can dine from casual to elegant.
