Tour Edge Bazooka Geo Max Hybrid Review
Great Hybrid for the average player.
The Tour Edge Bazooka Geo Max hybrids are just one of the clubs in the latest line of Bazooka clubs from Tour Edge. It features a slightly larger head design than most hybrids, but you will see that this is a design function. The clubs offset makes it simple to square at impact and makes the round a lot more pleasant when the player knows they no longer have to hit their long irons!
The Tour Edge Bazooka Geo Max Hybrid features a head with a very deep and low center of gravity with a shallow face aided by a 20 gram tungsten weight which helps get the ball airborne for the average player. The Geo Max Hybrid, just like the Fairway Woods, feature a hot Carpenter Steel face that will give you some length to be able to hit those long par 3's or reach those long par 4's. The larger club head helps the makers of this hybrid by allowing for more weight to be moved to the perimeter of the club for forgiveness.
This club is very easy to hit into the air. I had trouble hooking the ball with it, but I play a natural draw anyways. The club took off and all the perimeter and Tungsten weighting really makes this a high launching, very forgiving golf club that the intermediate player will fall in love with. The shaft and head combo, like the fairway woods are matched perfectly to each other and are designed with the mid handicapper in mind.
If you are looking to make the switch to hybrids from long irons for 2020, I would check these hybrids out. They are available in 2-6 hybrids and while you are at it, check out the driver, irons, putters and fairway woods as well, they compliment each other perfectly! Not only are they very easy to use, but very economical with a lot of technology for about half as much as some of the larger companies would charge for the same style clubs!
