The White Mountains and Lakes Region's Best Mini-Golf Courses
An abbreviated list of some of the best mini-golf courses in the White Mountains and Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Perfect for planning around your summer vacation in the Granite State.
Pirate's Cove - Lincoln, North Conway, Weirs Beach, Winnisquam
Scattered throughout the region is four distinct mini golf courses under the moniker of Pirate's Cove. Dubbed "the original adventure golf," each location runs a different course, so you can play all four and never get bored! All four locations have fairly priced refreshments on hand, and are near many key attractions. The Lincoln course is a 'Hobo Hills' theme set right next to the Hobo Railroad, a gateway to the White Mountains, and is $8.50 for adults and $7.50 for children. The North Conway location is near its famous outlet malls and has two courses, which are $8 for adults and $7 for kids, or $13 for adults and $12 for kids for all 36 holes. The Weirs Beach course is $8 for adults and $7 for kids, and is just minutes away from Lake Winnipesauke. The Winnisquam location is nearly an adventure park in itself, containing two mini golf courses, bumper boats, and Bank Shot basketball. Costing $7.50 for adults and $6.50 for kids for 18 holes, or $11.50 for one of everything, the Winnisquam course is the best of the four.
Banana Village - North Conway
One of the more picturesque mini golf courses in the region, Banana Village in North Conway has a little of everything. With an arcade, waterslides, and a mini golf course, it's no surprise that the waterslide concourse has a deck area for parents to rest! Located in the heart of the White Mountains valley, it's a must-visit for those looking to take a break from North Conway's shopping outlet. Prices range from $2 for children under 5 to $29 for day pass access to unlimited golf and waterslides.
Logs of Fun - Laconia
Walking distance from Lake Winnipesauke, Logs of Fun is another miniature theme park, consisting of an arcade, a rock climbing wall, go-karts, batting cages, bumper boats, a climbing rope adventure, bungee jumping, and two mini golf courses. One for the kids, a 19-hole course located in the Daytona Fun Park incurs a much more quaint theme at $6.75 ($5.75 for kids under 12). For a challenging, more scenic course, try the 18-hole Logs of Fun course for $8.75 ($7.75 for kids under 12).
Funspot - Weirs Beach
Much more renown for being the largest arcade in the world, Funspot is host to bowling, three floors of video games, cash bingo tournaments, and outdoor amp; indoor mini golf. Outside is a $5 "Landmarks of NH" course, perfect to recap your vacation in mini-golf form. Inside is a $3, 9-hole "Retro Golf" course, perfect to take a break from the defeated tone of Pac-Man as he's captured by Pinky. The one bonus: the indoor Retro Golf course is the only year-round course on this list. All others run from mid-May to mid-October.
