Tiger Woods hired image maker Ari Fleischer to do his magic with Tiger as he slides back into golf. Is this a mistake? ESPN thinks so.
Ari Fleischer was the guy who programmed Mark McGwire's steps back into baseball. He is also the guy that worked with the Green Bay Packers to smooth over Brett Favre divorce publicity.
Fleischer is the former White House press secretary for George W. His latest "job" is orchestrating Tiger Woods' return to golf after the mess of "The Tiger Mistress Saga".
There is no doubt that this is going to be a tough road for Tiger, but if he uses just a bit of genuine honesty, the fans will welcome him with opened arms. Woods' behavior was a major overkill of wanting some instant gratification and that he got. If all the reports coming from his "mistresses" are true, he got more than a daily dose of it.
